How do you charge for your services?
We charge on a monthly retainer basis. Retainer fees will be calculated by scope of work and amount of ads/ad spend managed per month.
How do you measure success for your clients?
We go the extra mile to ensure that we're collecting relevant data on the success of our campaigns. From setting up tracking numbers to A/B testing everything, we can be sure that we can identify what's having success and what needs to improve.
Who's responsible for the monthly ad spend?
We levy the ad spend on our clients for a couple reasons. The first being that it makes it easier to fairly price our services. The second reason is that we don't want to limit/overestimate how much you want to spend per month on ads. If the middle of a month rolls around and you want to amp it up or pull the reigns, it's easier for us to adjust on the fly.
What will communications look like during our partnership?
You'll get access to the relevant phone number and email address that you can use to contact us at anytime during our partnership. We also provide biweekly reports for our clients to show them what's working, what isn't, and the results of our latest split tests.
